Kupperman Companies acquired the healthcare complex at 2237 Poydras Street in 2022. 2237 Poydras Street is a nearly 21,000 square foot building previously used by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as an ambulatory clinic. Kupperman Companies repositioned the project in 2023 into a behavioral health clinic.
