Kupperman Companies acquired 2114 Decatur Street in 2021. The team, comprised of Kupperman Companies, Big Freedia and Midcitizen Entertainment is in the process of converting it into a new boutique hotel concept called Hotel Freedia. Bradley Bowers is the designer, Modus is the architect of record, and Big Freedia is the concept designer.
