Whitney Hotel, New Orleans LA
Kupperman Companies and GBX Group acquired the historic Whitney Hotel in 2024. Based in the historic Metropolitan Bank Building, the seven story Beaux Arts National Historic Landmark was originally built in 1909. Kupperman Companies is working to reposition the hotel into a new luxury hotel. Morris Adjmi Architects is the interior designer, Wink Architecture is the architect of record, and Landis Construction is the general contractor.
