We currently manage over 600,000 sq ft of hospitality, retail, and mixed-use assets, focused on maximizing cash flow and minimizing tenant turnover.
Our in-house hotel management company oversees select boutique properties, controlling every aspect of the guest experience to maximize investor returns.
We structure and finance projects through federal historic tax credits, New Markets Tax Credits, opportunity zones, and local and state incentive programs.
We provide advisory services in development, underwriting, construction, and asset positioning, and our in-house brokerage handles acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
