Zachary H. Kupperman

Founder & CEO

Zachary H. Kupperman is the Founder and CEO of Kupperman Companies. Mr. Kupperman sets the overall strategy for the firm and oversees all acquisition, development, and financing efforts. He has over a decade of experience developing real estate throughout the Southeast.  Current and past projects include hotels, multi-family, mixed-use, and retail.

Mr. Kupperman is deeply committed to the New Orleans community. He serves or has served on the boards of the Anti Defamation League, The NOCCA Foundation, the Touro Infirmary Foundation, French Quarter Festivals, Inc., and the Pontchartrain Beach Foundation.

Mr. Kupperman previously practiced law as a real estate, business, and corporate attorney. Zach earned his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from Tulane University Law School.

Patrick Dougherty

Director of Development

Patrick is responsible for leading projects through all stages of the development process. He primarily focuses on project management, project analysis, and land use. Patrick also leads property management and property operations. Prior to Kupperman, Patrick worked as an analyst at HRI Properties and as a consultant at a land use firm. Patrick holds a B.A. and a Master of Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University.

Harold Codaste

Controller

Harold is a seasoned accounting professional with over a decade of experience across corporate finance, auditing, and real estate accounting. As Controller at Kupperman Companies, Harold oversees the financial operations across project entities, ensuring precise reporting, compliance, and strategic fiscal management.

Prior to joining Kupperman, Harold served as an Accounting Director at LZV CPA, Inc. Earlier in his career, Harold held key roles at Ernst & Young Global Delivery Services and Lexmark, where he specialized in audit, financial controls, and regional accounting coordination. Harold is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holds an MBA, and a doctorate in Public Administration. He holds degrees from the University of San Carlos, University of Cebu, and Cebu Institute of Technology University.

Gladys Atienza

Senior Financial Analyst

Gladys leads financial analysis, project feasibility, underwriting, and due diligence of new and existing developments. She also supports the firm’s asset management and investor relations functions. Prior to Kupperman, Gladys worked as a senior analyst at a real estate company where she sourced and underwrote real estate acquisitions. Gladys holds an MBA and a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Batangas. She was the valedictorian of her high school class and is a nationally renowned chess champion.

Gale Manalansan

Junior Architect

Gale serves as a Junior Architect, providing design and architectural support across the Kupperman Companies portfolio. With a background rooted in architecture and a focus on career development, she assists in ensuring the firm’s diverse projects—from retail to mixed-use—meet high design standards.

A native of the Philippines, Gale earned her degree in Architecture and has a diverse range of interests outside the office. She is a former ballroom dancer and multi-sport athlete who competed in volleyball and badminton. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, cooking, and exploring local cafes for the perfect matcha latte.

Jashanjot Singh

AI Engineer

Jashanjot is an AI Engineer at Kupperman Companies, where he focuses on building intelligent automation solutions and scalable software systems.

Prior to joining the firm, Jashanjot worked as an AIML Developer at a health technology company, where he developed AI software for the medical industry and multi-agent AI architectures. Jashanjot earned a Bachelor of Technology at Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College.
